1.Introduction

Delle Japan is a luxury travel coordination and concierge service based in Tokyo, Japan. We specialize in creating personalized, immersive experiences for visitors seeking to explore the beauty, culture, and modern lifestyle of Japan in a refined, stress-free way. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Client") and Delle Japan ("the Company"). Please review them carefully before using our services.

2. Travel Coordination & Booking Process

2.1 Request & Planning

To begin, clients must complete our online form or contact us directly to share details about their travel interests, dates, and expectations. Based on your input, we will provide a travel proposal including preliminary itinerary, estimated inclusions, and service fees.

Once agreed, we require a non-refundable planning fee starting from ¥65,000 per person, depending on the complexity and scope of your trip. This confirms your interest and allows us to begin custom planning and making preliminary arrangements.

2.2 Payment

  • Full itinerary coordination and local bookings begin after the planning fee is paid.

  • A second deposit of 40-60% of the total projected cost may be required depending on bookings involved.

  • Final payment is due no later than 21 days before arrival.

  • Note: For bookings made within 21 days of the travel start date, full payment is required immediately after the itinerary is approved.

We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or approved credit cards.

2.3 Changes & Cancellations

We understand plans can shift. Should you need to cancel or change:

  • Planning fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • If itinerary work has begun, additional fees may apply depending on work already completed and bookings made.

  • If full payment has already been received, partial refunds may be available only if local partners (hotels, cars, etc.) offer them. Delle Japan will always advocate on your behalf.

3. What Our Service Covers

Your Delle Japan coordination fee typically includes:

  • Itinerary planning and day-by-day scheduling

  • Recommendations and reservations for dining, cultural activities, nightlife, wellness, and entertainment

  • Private car bookings with driver

  • Help with Shinkansen or flight tickets for domestic travel

  • Matching with local guides aligned with your personality and interests

  • Support for special occasions (honeymoons, birthdays, proposals, family travel, etc.)

  • Local translation assistance and concierge support during your stay

  • Coordination of entrance tickets, exclusive access, and private experiences

  • VIP & celebrity-focused services including privacy-sensitive planning and nightlife access (when applicable)

Note: We do not provide hotel or international flight booking directly, but we can assist with recommendations and availability guidance.

4. Liability

  • We are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, travel disruptions, or damages beyond our control.

  • We will, however, support you in resolving issues and advocate with providers on your behalf when possible.

5. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain full travel insurance covering trip cancellations, health emergencies, property loss, and delays. Delle Japan is not responsible for costs associated with unforeseen incidents.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Japanese courts.

8. Agreement

By submitting your travel request and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
